Health Facility Registry is a comprehensive repository of health facilities of the country across modern and traditional systems of medicine. It includes both public and private health facilities including hospitals, clinics, diagnostic laboratories and imaging centers, pharmacies, etc.
Health Facilities registered in government databases can now instantly register in Ayushman Bharat Digital Mission. To expedite the Healthcare Facilities Registry (HFR) process, NHA is using the National Health Resource Repository (NHRR) data of healthcare facilities. Few of the data fields in the facility registration form are prefilled from the NHRR data. Kindly login through mobile OTP and verify/update the HFR registration fields.
